Designed with B73 RefGen_v4, it supports easy conversion to other assays. Featuring nearly 10,000 markers optimized from 200 inbred and hybrid lines, it provides uniform genome coverage with a 99.3% call rate and 99.9% reproducibility, accelerating high-quality maize development and boosting agricultural sustainability and efficiency.
