The Chi-Wheat Array designed to Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) variety genuineness identification - SNP based method (NY/T 4021-2021), includes SNPs for variety authentication, high-density DNA fingerprint databases, GMO testing, and wheat quality, resistance, yield, and other related functional genes. Based on Chinese Spring v2.1, features 54,993 markers, 196 trait-linked. With balanced SNP distribution across A, B, and D chromosomes, 99.127% polymorphism. 15-30 beads/SNP for 99% call rate & 99.5% reproducibility.
