Enzymatically cut amplified DNA into fragments

Purify and concentrate DNA through precipitation and resuspension

Transfer processed sample DNA to the chip for probe hybridization

Perform base extension and fluorescent staining on probes

Scan the chip with the OmniScan high-throughput gene chip scanner
